Whilst we always recommend that parties to a matter obtain independent legal advice to ensure they are making informed decisions in relation to their individual circumstances, every party to a matter has the right to represent themselves.

The Court websites provide some useful information to self-represented litigants and Registry Staff can provide assistance in relation to procedural matters. Please note however that the Registry Staff cannot provide legal advice.
